About The Role:

As a Boilermaker at IWS LTD, your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in on-the-job training provided by your line manager or team leader to ensure you gain the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Strictly adhering to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Working independently or as part of a team depending on the project’s needs.
• Assisting in the training and supervision of apprentices or trainees as required.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to assemble materials or components according to project requirements.
• Fabricating, assembling, and installing boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels using various welding and cutting techniques, including MIG and TIG welding, plasma cutting, and grinding.
• Conducting regular maintenance and repairs on existing systems, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and free from hazards at all times.
• Performing other duties as required by management, including contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
